About the Space Zone

Look up at night and you will see a whole lot of space out there.

With less than 70 years of sending things into space under our belts, the future up above is almost limitless.

In this zone you’ll meet an engineer using satellites to find patterns in nature to work out where nature is disappearing, another using satellite imagery to study the environment and write computer programs, and another trying to figure out how the Earth works using satellite data, and helping others to do the same.
